Really enjoyed our well-kept and very affordable rooms, plus the staff was welcoming. The food was amazing with a wide array of options. Location: the hotel was just next door to the center and Galena, IL and Dubuque, IA. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. The stay was great.

Breakfast was delicious. Our beds were very comfortable. The staff were great. I just wish I could have booked a room directly with you, instead of having a huge additional amount that went to a booking agency. I now have your direct number.

The beds in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds were comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the extra makeup wipes in the room. Some areas could use improvement. The breakfast options were lacking, with eggs and sausage served cold. There wasn't enough seating in the breakfast area for all guests. The cleanliness of the room was good, but noise from the room above was quite bothersome late into the night, keeping me awake.
